Fine Collectibles Europe is at your disposal to help you in whatever you need in relation to exchanges and returns of your purchase, provided that the rules detailed below are observed.
For the purpose of returning items, you must have your invoice or your order number, since we will need this data throughout the process;
After receiving the product, you will have up to 14 calendar days to terminate the contract and return it to Fine Collectibles Europe.
If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us, through our customer service channels (Chat, email or phone). Access our website and check conditions and ways to return the purchase price.
In the event of receiving a defective or non-conforming product, you will have up to two months (from the date on which you detected the defect or non-conformity) to communicate the fact, through our customer service channels (chat, email or telephone). We emphasize that, in these cases, the guarantee is subject to the legal limit of two years (and may even be reduced to one year, in the case of movable assets, by agreement between the parties). In this communication, you must detail the nonconformity or defect identified.
Upon receipt of the product at its facilities, Fine Collectibles Europe will carry out a technical check in order to prove the alleged non-conformity or defect. If the existence of the alleged non-conformity or defect is confirmed, Fine Collectibles Europe will remedy the same, in any of the legally permissible ways, within a maximum period of 30 days.
If the check carried out by Fine Collectibles Europe identifies signs of improper use and / or any other problem or factor that may have caused the defect or non-conformity of the product (named, but not limited to, falls, other impacts, natural phenomena, improper connection to the network will be contacted to find out if you want the item to be repaired. In this case, the legal guarantee will not take effect and the cost of the repair will be billed.

In case of doubts regarding the use of the purchased parts, we ask that you contact us before proceeding to assemble them. Do not disable the product packaging, as we will not be able to make exchanges or returns without them.

- Issues that do not qualify as a defective product:
We pack our orders as carefully as possible so that they arrive at your address in perfect conditions. Unfortunately, we know that as hard as we try, problems can happen during transportation and orders may not always arrive as expected so outer boxes and art boxes won’t be eligible for an exchange/refund.
Our statues are handcrafted and because of that there may be some differences between one item and another, or from the picture originally presented at our website. For that reason, minor cosmetic paint issues will not be considered as a defective item.
- Pre Order Items
We keep the initial payment captured (Non-Refundable deposit), plus the shipping fees.
- If you received the statue as a gift and wish to return it
If you wish to return the item, you should still provide us with the order number or ask the person who originally did the purchase to contact us. We can only refund the money to the original buyer. Either way we need the order number to proceed with the return.
- Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
A refused shipment will be considered as a return. Any return costs will be deducted from the refund.
If an order is returned to us due to an error on your part (E.g: Incorrect Address or nobody home to receive it), we will contact and charge you to reship the order.
Orders returned due to international fees, duties or taxes that were not paid, charged by local authorities upon product arrival, are not eligible for a refund.
- Purchased Items from another vendor
If you bought our statues from another store, you should contact them for assistance. Please note that Iron Studios has several partnerships with other distributors.
